Junior & Tricia Childers
In the Oregon Ministry Network, Junior Childers is the Church Development Project Team Leader and serves as the coordinator for building projects. Junior’s background in construction and his experience as lead pastor qualifies him to assist local churches with building projects.
In addition, Junior is a U.S. Missionary with the Assemblies of God and is the Oregon Ministry Network’s liaison with the U.S. Church Mobilization ministry, a national network of volunteers who donate their time and services to construction projects across the country.

Building Projects
Oregon Church Mobilization coordinates teams of volunteers to assist in the maintenance and upgrade of properties owned by the Assemblies of God, nearly 200 of those are in the Oregon Ministry Network.
Volunteers of various skill sets give their time to reduce labor costs making these projects more affordable. The volunteers are members of our local churches that have been approved by leadership. The gathering of the community around the churches fosters fellowship and encouragement to the pastors, their congregations and the volunteers alike. And we like to have a lot of fun!
