Mike Santiago

At the age of 24, Mike Santiago, along with his wife Ashton, plus three kids in diapers, all moved to North Carolina to plant Focus Church. Since then, they’ve seen God do countless miracles as the church has grown to multiple locations with over 1,500 in attendance. Mike is passionate about preaching God’s word, planting more churches as an advocate for the Church Multiplication Network, and helping churches break growth barriers through his resource break200.com. Mike was also recently elected to represent the under 40 ministers nationally for the Assemblies of God as the U40 Executive Presbyter.

John Easter

John Easter serves as the executive director for Assemblies of God World Missions, overseeing over 2,600 global workers in more than 150 countries. Committed to frontier missions, he focuses on developing missionaries and mission supporters within U.S. churches while ensuring the well-being and longevity of missionary families. Appointed as a career missionary to Malawi in 2000, John and his wife, Cheryl, trained church planters and equipped missionary educators. In 2011, he became a strategic leader with AGWM Africa and director of Africa’s Hope, supporting church leader education across 46 African nations. After 22 years as a missionary educator, he joined AGWM’s Executive Committee in 2021 as director of Partnership Development. Easter holds a Ph.D. from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and previously pastored in the U.S. for 10 years. John and Cheryl have three sons and four grandchildren.
