Flourish Conference

A conference for women in ministry.

Flourish is a safe place for pastors’ wives, credentialed women ministers, missionary wives, and those in ministry at the local church to be renewed, resourced, and build relationships with others just like you.

By providing support and tools, we encourage you to flourish in your calling and partner with other women here to support and encourage you.

When women are strengthened, our families and churches are strengthened, and the ministry of the gospel is strengthened. We all need a place that is real and honest.  We struggle with isolation, yet we long for community. At the Flourish Conference, you will find a community that understands you.  You can count on us to speak truth and life into your journey.

We see the whole you in your vast and complex roles. Your leadership and story are powerful. We want you to be emotionally, physically, and spiritually refreshed for the sake of the Gospel.

Featured Guest

Nonda Houston

Nonda Houston is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and serves as the National AG Women’s Director. She has been married to her husband, Gordon, for 41 years. They served as lead pastors in San Jacinto, CA, for 22 years and at the SoCal Network Office as Women’s Director for nearly 14 years. She loves family time with her four married children and being “Nonnie” to her 8 grandchildren.  Nonda is passionate about encouraging, empowering, and equipping women to know Jesus and make Him known.

Breakout Presenters

Maria Carney

Maria and her husband Phil recently retired after pastoring full-time for over 40 years. Over the last 12 years, Maria was on staff at Pendleton First, where she was director of Outreach Ministries and Women's Events.
Her passion for seeing broken lives set free from life-controlling issues led her to start a Celebrate Recovery Ministry 13 years ago. Through her leadership it continues to have a huge impact at Pendleton First and the surrounding community.

Maria and Phil have 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. She enjoys flying away to sunny, warm destinations in the wintertime. She also enjoys creating and making her home look and smell like Magnolia Home, so she can throw grand parties! But her greatest joy is just hanging out with her kids and grandkids.

Rosa Gonzalez

Rosa is an ordained minister in Oregon who loves welcoming people into the family of God through biblical friendship and discipleship through demonstration. She has served in Oregon churches since 2011 and eventually pursued her bachelors and masters degrees in Ministry Leadership at Northwest University Oregon. Most recently, she served on staff at NU Oregon while continuing to stay connected to the local church and her community. She currently lives in Salem, Oregon near her family.

Tiffany McCloud-Zistel

Tiffany grew up a pastor’s kid and fell in love with music at an early age. Growing up, she was always involved in choirs and leading worship. After graduating high school, she joined the staff with Phoenix First Assembly of God in Phoenix, Arizona, under the leadership of Tommy Barnett and staff. With them, Tiffany traveled the United States with their worship team, Frontline, for four years.

In 2014, Tiffany married her childhood sweetheart Ryan, and they made Salem their home. It is in Salem where she heads up worship at Church on the Hill South and works as a dental assistant part-time. If you know Tiffany at all you know worship is her first passion. Her desire is always to see people’s hearts turned to God and their lives transformed during moments in his presence.

Andrea Mendenhall

Andrea is an Oregon native who loves Jesus, His Church, her tribe, and coffee! On a day off, you can find her firmly planted on her couch with a novel and a French Press or brunching and thrifting with friends. She’s a licensed minister and currently serves kids and families at Hope Church in Albany. She met her fiancé Luke, last summer, and they will embark on the marriage adventure this Spring.

Paula Noble

Paula is a follower of Jesus first, but also wears the hats of wife, mom, Gigi, and lead pastor, among others. One of her greatest passions is helping people find the freedom that Jesus has for them. Paula and her husband Jason planted Hope City Church in White City, OR in 2020. They have absolutely loved every minute of witnessing the Kingdom growing and people in the Rogue Valley entering into new levels of relationship with Jesus.
