Amplify’s purpose is to help teenagers discover their God given gifts and the Giver of the gift, develop a biblically informed understanding of the purpose of the gift and deploy the gift in a manner that best stewards the gift, shares the Gospel and glorifies the Giver. This ministry event will be for 6th to 12th Grade students, of which most who attend are more mature Christ Followers.

Eric Hoffman
Eric was appointed to serve as director for Speed the Light in January 2018. In the three years Hoffman served as district youth director (DYD) for Illinois, giving to Speed the Light increased by more than $300,000. Prior to serving as DYD, he was youth pastor at Abundant Life in Alton, Illinois — one of the Top 20 Giving Churches for Speed the Light during his tenure. “Eric and Liz have a strong record of cultivating generosity and a passion for missions,” says General Superintendent Doug Clay. Eric and his wife, Liz, have three children.

Darin Poe
In August 2018, Darin Poe was appointed Director of Student Discipleship and Resource Development for Assemblies of God Youth Ministries. 
Darin has a heart to reach the world through the students and leaders he is able to influence. He believes we can equip and enhance youth ministry in the local church by providing relevant, life-changing events and programs for students, as well as quality training and equipping of youth leaders.

Brian & Barbara Eno
Brian has served in the local church as Youth Pastor, Christian Education Director and Associate Pastor for the past 23 years and currently serves as the Pastor/Director of Next Generation Ministries at the Oregon Ministry Network. In this role, he gets to serve kids and youth pastors/workers in almost 200 churches and ministries in the state of Oregon.
