The nearly 200 local churches that make up the Oregon Ministry Network come in every size, shape and demographic imaginable. In most cases, those 200 local churches, have buildings and where there are buildings, there will always be building projects. From new builds to remodels, there is a demand for someone with expertise to assist.
In the Oregon Ministry Network, Junior Childers is the Church Development Project Team Leader and serves as the coordinator for building projects. Junior’s background in construction and his experience as lead pastor qualifies him to assist local churches with building projects.
In addition, Junior is a U.S. Missionary with the Assemblies of God and part of a huge network of U.S Church Mobilization workers. He is the Oregon Ministry Network’s liaison with U.S. Church Mobilization RVers which is a national group of construction workers who travel from project to project in their RVs and donate their time and services.
