Give You Rest

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am gentle and humble in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Matthew 11:28-30

Observations

1. Learn to take your burdens to the Lord and leave them there. 
2. Peace with God and the peace of God will always produce real rest for your soul.
3. God is ready to take the meaningless life and turn it into a purposeful life.

Today's Prayer

Almighty God, I thank you for helping me overcome the adversities of life.
I thank you for lifting the burdens and giving me rest for my soul.

Today, I will walk in freedom and faith.
Today, I will rely upon you to give me wisdom and strength.
Today, I will dare to believe that you will bring me into a season of abundance
and success.
Today, I will continue to believe that you are going to restore all the enemy
has stolen from me.
