Generosity

The desire of the righteous ends only in good,
but the hope of the wicked only in wrath.

One man gives freely, yet gains even more;
   another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.

A generous man will prosper;
   he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

Proverbs 11:23-25

Observations

1.  God blesses the generous. 
2.  Joy is one of the rewards of helping others.
3.  God will supply you with more than you need so you can bless others.   

Prayer

Gracious Father, I rejoice in Your generous love and grace shown to me. 
I thank You for life, time, family, friends, shelter, opportunities,
provision and strength.

Today, I will choose to be a giver not a taker.
I will look for ways I can bless others with my words and deeds.
Help me to be the means of help, comfort and encouragement to someone today.
