My Help

I lift up my eyes to the hills –
where does my help come from?

My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip –
he who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

Psalm 121:1-4

Observations

1. You can rest in the assurance of God’s protection day and night.
2. Look to the Lord for strength and wisdom for today.
3. God will watch over you and keep you safe.

Prayer

Father, I thank you that you don’t slumber nor sleep. I thank you for watching over me, protecting and providing for me. Today, I look to you for help to make wise decisions. I look to you, Lord, for help to face the day in strength and confidence. Guide my thoughts and lead my actions, that I might honor you. In Jesus’ name, amen!
