Changing Our Direction

“When something goes wrong, what's the best course of action? To change your direction. The word repentance means to stop going one direction (your own way) and turn toward the right direction (God's way). Your past may be a part of who you are, but it certainly doesn't have to define your future. Or if you feel stuck and unable to change directions and move toward God, think of this transformation another way. The Bible says that God is the Potter and we are his clay (Jer. 18:2-6).”

Craig Groeschel

OMN is changing our direction by completing the remodel on our new administration building with the idea of turning toward the right direction (God’s direction) for securing a responsible administrative headquarters for the future to come.

OSU Chi Alpha “The Haven” (formerly known as “The Pillar”) went through a dramatic remodel and restructure of both some of the critical rooms within the building as well as the structure of the Men’s house programs.  Presbytery approved up to $200,000 be spent on remodeling areas of the house primarily to increase the functionality including, but not limited to a complete remodel of the 4 shower, 3 stall bathroom was necessary to accommodate 18 men, new bedroom furniture, dining room furniture and other general items.  The overall change in direction was to facilitate a men’s house that brought together the men to share in one another’s lives by creating living spaces and chi alpha led events that would promote unity and collaboration.
