Everything We Need

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

2 Peter 1:3-4

Observation

• Live a powerful life and not a powerless life.
• A godly life is the outcome of knowing God.
• You have been called and compelled by God's glory and goodness.

Prayer
Gracious Father, I am grateful that you have called me by name. I am grateful that you have compelled me to follow you. Thank you, Lord, that you have provided everything I need. I desire to live a life that honors you. I desire that my life will reflect your glory and goodness. Today, with your help I will guard my words and ways. In Jesus' name, amen!
