What is God’s fresh dream for your life and ministry in 2019? What new skills does God want to mature in your life?
One of my practices at the beginning of each year is to select a winning Bible word that will serve as a theme and guide throughout the year. The theme word I believe God dropped into my heart for 2019 is PURSUE.
It is an active word, speaking of chasing intently after. In other words, I believe God wants to give fresh dreams to us all and desires that we chase intently after his plans, purposes and promises in this new year.
Can you imagine what will happen if we all make this our goal for the year? Can you imagine the impact it would have on our OMN churches and Oregon communities?
Psalm 119:32 (NLT) I will pursue your commands, for you expand my understanding.
Isaiah 51:1 (ESV) Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, you who seek the LORD!
1 Timothy 6:11 …pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
