Meet our New Royal Rangers Ministry Director

Brian Eno
 •

After much asking, seeking and knocking, the Lord has helped us discover our next OMN Royal Rangers Ministry Director. I am happy to announce that Brad Phillips has accepted this network leadership position and will begin serving January 1, 2018.
Brad began his involvement in Royal Rangers as a Buckaroo in 1975 at 7 years old. In 1982, he earned his GMA. In 1984 and 1985, he was the District Royal Ranger of the year and represented Oregon in the Region. For the past 30 years, Brad has lead Royal Ranger Outposts in Cottage Grove, Springfield, Vale, Baker City and Ellendale, North Dakota. In 2001, he started to serve as OMN’s Royal Rangers Camp and Production Coordinator and still serves in this capacity today. Brad and his wife, Lisa, also serve as Lead Pastors of Harvest Church in Baker City, and have four grown children.
Brad’s heart is to disciple and mentor young men into life-long servant leaders, and to encourage, equip and empower them in the kingdom of God. He’s an extremely gifted leader and will do an amazing job helping us develop effective Boys Ministry Leaders and help them create healthy Boys Ministries in our OMN Churches. Brad is looking forward to working with each of our OMN Churches and Pastors.
You can email Brad here.
Pastors, please pass Brad’s name and email address onto your church’s Royal Ranger or Boys Ministry Leaders, letting them know he is here to serve them.
