Forgive Them

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

Luke 23:34

• Forgiveness and new life come to us through Jesus.
• Thank the Lord today for His mercy and grace.
• Forgiveness is to be a character quality of the true Christ-follower.

TODAY'S PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the forgiveness and grace that you have shown to me. Today, I walk with a new name, new life, and a new future. I have been set free from my past and released to pursue your will and ways. Help me to have a spirit of forgiveness for those who have sinned against me. Help me to release my hurts and resentment.
