Brian Eno is a Pastor/Director of NextGen Ministries at the Oregon Ministry Network. In this role he has the opportunity to serve children and youth pastors / workers in 187 churches and ministries in the state of Oregon.  Brian’s vision is to help develop people into mature life-long followers of Jesus Christ, and to encourage, equip and empower leaders and students to find their place in the Kingdom of God.

Bill Wilson has served since 2007 as Lead Pastor–Superintendent of the Oregon Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God. The Oregon Ministry Network consists of 187 churches and nearly 600 credentialed ministers, and is focused on Developing Effective Leaders and Building Healthy Churches and Ministries.

Matt Novak is a lifelong Oregon PK and third generation Pastor. He has spent the past 10 years in Youth and Worship Ministry. He currently serves with His wife Carlee and their two children Max and Szofia as Youth Pastors in Silverton.

Tiffany Zistel grew up a pastor’s kid and fell in love with music at an early age. Growing up she was always involved in choirs and leading worship. After graduating high school she attended Masters Commission in Phoenix, Arizona and traveled the United States with their worship team, Frontline, for four years. She currently lives in Salem, Oregon with her husband Ryan. She is the worship leader at Church on the Hill and also works as a dental assistant. Tiffany is able to relate to all ages with her passion for music. Her desire is to see people’s hearts turned to God and their lives transformed.
