As you view the materials, the Fine Arts Rulebook will give you all the specifics for the category(ies) you are evaluating. We ask that you familiarize yourself with the Rulebook before the event. For first time evaluators, take time to look over the material and especially take time to view the National Evaluators Training Video. For those returning evaluators, please take special note to the 2012 rule changes on page 6 of the 2012 Rulebook.
