The Student/Leader Pass is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday Conference and DOES NOT include any Fine Arts Entries. Late Registration is only available for Non-Presenting students. These is a non-refundable fees.
All Students presenting in any Fine Arts categories must fill out the Individual Registration Form. Each Fine Arts entry will cost $5.00 per entry, and must be registered for by the deadline of April 5, 2012. These are non-refundable fees.
Students Presenting in any Fine Arts categories must have their registration forms postmarked by the deadline of April 5, 2012. Entries received after the postmark date of April 5, 2012 will not be accepted. All Art Division entries must be brought to the conference on opening day. All Writing Division entries must be emailed to amber [dot] greer [at] oregonag [dot] org (Amber Greer) or mailed to PO Box 9178, Salem, OR. 97305-0178 and postmarked no later then April 5, 2012.
Church Groups may bring 1 free leader per 8 registered students, plus one additional free leader. Leaders must be at least 19 years of age. Each church group is eligible for a minimum of 2 free leaders regardless of group size.
A senior pastor and his/her spouse may receive a free pass by requesting them by phone at least two weeks prior to the Event. This pass is not to be used by a student or youth leader.
