Dear Oregon Ladies,

Wow! What an incredible blessing the ladies of the district have been to me thru you. When I was invited to come 'shopping' I had no idea what was in store for me. So many choices and getting to choose so many things. It was like Christmas came early. I can't wait to get to use my new things: sheets, towels, baking dishes, 'Magic Bullet' (as seen on TV,) whooppee!!!, can't wait, and SOOOOO much more.

Dear Oregon Ladies,

We are preparing for our departure back to Indonesia Early next year and were able to shop for needed items to put in our shipment. Thank you for keeping the Rose Room well stocked with "good quality" things. We will think of you and your sacrifices every time we use a towel, make a bed, or open our tupperware containers. We have grateful hearts and are so appreciative of all you do. You are a wonderful blessing to all of us.

Dear Women of Oregon,

Dennis & I experienced our first shopping trip to the Rose Room and what a delight to see the room so full. Not just of "things"! The words of an old song come to mind. "In this very room, there's quite enough love... for one like me" The song continues to say, "for Jesus, Jesus, is in this very room!"

Thank you ladies, for letting Jesus so fill your heart with His love, that when missionaries and pastors that have real needs, enter that room, they see your love in action.

Dennis & I came home with nothing but our allotted bags for economy tickets and had nothing to set up housekeeping here. Truly, we so appreciate your blessing that now fills our place with your love.

May the Lord reward each of you in such a way that you will know how pleased He is with your sacrifice.

Thank you Merrilee, and dear ladies and friends of Oregon.

I am most grateful for your gifts and blessings! It is over a month since I arrived in Paraguay. I am surprised at how quickly I am back into the routine again! Thank you for the wonderful gifts from the Rose Room and new quilt for my bedroom. I am anxious to move into my house and use the quilt and household items. The Lord has graciously provided a nice home-I'm waiting for repairs/remodeling to be completed to move in. May the Lord bless your generosity to me! It is wonderful to have reminders of home (Oregon)! I appreciate you!
