Bob's Bio
Bob Killin started in Royal Rangers in 1978. He has served as an Outpost Commander, Sr. Commander, Chapter FCF President and Territorial Rep., District Training Coordinator, Regional Training Coordinator and also Deputy Network Commander. He started training Royal Ranger leaders in 1983, first on the local level and then on the National level in 1986. He has severed on numerous National Training Staffs and has instructed at an LTC in Belize and a WNTC in Russia. He has been married over 35 years to Diana and they have three grown children.
Bob is actively involved with Outpost #49 at Life Church in Aloha.

Brad's Bio
Brad has been involved in Royal Rangers for most of his life. He earned the top honor that a Ranger boy can earn when he completed his Gold Medal of Achievement in 1986. Brad has served at all levels within the local outpost and currently is the Sr. Commander at New Hope Chapel in Vale, Oregon, and among many other benefits, this provides the Executive Staff with a rural perspective to help us better serve all of Oregon. Brad has served as the productions/camps coordinator for a number of years and is the driving force behind the very successful camps that we offer to the boys. Brad's wife is Lisa and they have four awesome kids.

Vance's Bio
Vance is a new member to the Executive staff in a newly created position to help us better understand and serve the needs of churches from a pastor's perspective and stated he "feels privileged to serve on the Executive committee as the Leadership Coordinator". Vance has been an ordained pastor with the Assemblies of God for 13 years and is the senior pastor of Siletz Gospel Tabernacle where his wife Katie and he have been for 5 years; they have 4 kids: Tim, Steve, Daniel, and Joanna. Vance has been involved in Royal Rangers for 5 years, regrets not learning about Rangers earlier on in his ministry. He believes strongly in the ministry of Royal Rangers, because he has seen God do miracles in his church and community through it. David has been involved with Royal Rangers since he was 4 years old. He earned the top honor that a Ranger boy can earn when he completed his Gold Medal of Achievement in 1990 at the age of 14. David took on a leadership role in his outpost at age 15. David is the Yard Supervisor for Lumbermen's in Forest Grove. He loves Royal Rangers and ministering to boys and attends Life Church in Aloha where he currently serves as the Sr. Commander.

Divisional Staff
The Divisional boundaries are the same as the "Regional" boundaries for the Oregon Ministry Network. Executive Staff members have been assigned to these divisions as a direct liason to the Outposts, Areas and Sections within the Divisional boundaries to assist in the goal of improving communications, team work and comraderie throughout the entire State of Oregon.

David faithfully and diligently served Oregon Royal Rangers as the District/Network Commander for nearly 15 years, and has been involved in the Royal Rangers ministry for over 30 years. He attends Living Word Fellowship with his wife Barbara. David and Barbara recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversay.
