Prepare Your Minds

Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy."

1 Pete 1:13-16

• The Christian life is an active life not a passive life.
• Make choices today that reveal and reflect the awesomeness of God.
• Holiness means being fully devoted and dedicated to God.

Prayer
Father, I am in awe of your character and care.
Each day I am grateful for the Holy Spirit's help.

Help me to imitate your high moral standards.
Help me to make wise choices and decisions.
Help me to have a spirit-filled attitude.
Help me to think righteously.
Help me to live a life that stands-out and doesn't slip-back.

I will keep looking up and not looking down.
